As was reported on TechLeader.TV’s Webcast last month by State Chief Information Security Officer Mark Weatherford, the State of California’s CIO Teri Takai today announced a new telework policy and released Information Policy Letter (ITPL) 10-03 for state agencies to implement secure, robust telework and remote access arrangements for state employees.
